GolfThere is a division of Fairways Golf Vacations, Inc., which was founded in 1990.  The company quickly grew into one of the largest golf tour operators in the USA by being the original golf packaging company for the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail in Alabama.  Expanding across the southeast USA in the 1990's, Fairways Golf was known for high quality service to golf destinations from Florida to Louisiana. Today, GolfThere provides golf vacations globally from Scottsdale to Scotland and from Hawaii to Mexico.

In late 2008, an investment group led by travel industry veteran, Alan Hale, purchased Fairways and re-branded the company as Fairways Golf Vacations for the wholesale golf industry. At the same time, the company launched GolfThere by investing in new leading edge website and reservation technology platforms for consumers.  Our goal is to ALWAYS Deliver Ultimate Customer Service (DUCS) every time our clients and partners interact with the company.

Now, as one of the largest golf travel companies in the USA and the largest golf vacation brand manager in the world, Fairways/GolfThere has planned golf trips for more than 500,000 group leaders.  For more than 20 years, many things have changed, but the company's commitment to deliver ultimate customer service to our customers, employees, and golf course, hotel, and other supplier/partners has not.
