Montgomery, AL boasts some great golf and the most recent addition to the Capitol Hill golf courses of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail, the Judge runs along picturesque Cooters Pond, and, as a result, features more water than the other two courses. In fact, water comes into play on 14 holes, including one with an island green. The layout zigzags through a backwater floodplain with island fairways and greens that challenge you without beating you silly--as long as you select your tees wisely. Other Capitol Hill courses include, The Senator and The Legislator.
