Golfers seeking an enjoyable, yet challenging round in Scottsdale need to get their name on the tee sheet at McCormick Ranch Golf Course. A traditional resort course nestled in the heart of Scottsdale, McCormick Ranch is a long-time favorite of both locals and the golf traveler.  Featuring 36 holes on two 18-hole championship courses - the Palm and the Pine – McCormick Ranch provides great golf, great views, and great service.

Opened in 1972 and sustained with regular design upgrades and pristine maintenance, McCormick Ranch lives up to its Golf Digest distinction of a “Must Play” golf course.   Each course offers four sets of tees and stretches to more than 7,000 yards from the tips, but both courses play well for golfers of all skill levels.

The Pine Course offers thick, mature pine tree-lined narrow fairways.  Ponds come in to play on several holes, providing strategic approach shots.  The Palm showcases its namesake trees, 10 water holes, and heavy contouring around the greens.  Number 9 on the Palm Course, the signature hole, was rated by Golf Illustrated as one of America’s top 18 waterholes in golf.

While both courses are generally flat, challenges abound in the form of sand, water, and mature trees, so bring your game.  Before you hit the links, you can also tune up your swing at the first-rate practice facility, one of the largest in the area.  With its stunning mountain views, excellent conditions and noteworthy service, you won’t go wrong with a stop at McCormick Ranch Golf Club.
