Value isn’t everything…it’s knowing what to value, and at Remington Golf Club, the value is in the quality of golf you play. Pricing is unique at Remington Golf Club, as it favors the all-you-can-eat buffet approach to, well, everything (including their all-you-can-eat buffet in the Remington Bar & Grille). With the slogan “ALL YOU CAN,” the course limits nothing when it comes to your desires, which is a nice touch to a game that some critics have argued exists solely upon exclusivity. Remington Golf Club’s driving range comes at no extra cost and encourages you to practice “ALL YOU CAN”. Now errant shots can not be blamed on a hasty practice, nor can empty stomachs be blamed on expensive menu times. The Bar & Grill features a full all-you-can-eat assortment at breakfast and lunch, leaving more green in the wallet than is permissible at other locations. Alcohol, sadly, is not a part of the “ALL YOU CAN” price scheme, as the course management is still unwilling to consider the possibility after last year’s Putting Under the Influence (PUI) competition.
Normally, a good price value comes at some cost to quality, but at Remington Golf Club the what-you-pay to what-you-get ratio is unbelievable. Rated by Golf Digest as a 4 Star course, the average golfer will often wonder aloud why these eighteen holes of golf are priced so cheaply. Don’t dwell too long on the price, as the course’s multiple water hazards and risk vs. reward design of play will hurt that golf handicap we have all worked so hard to achieve.
