Remington Golf Club and Kissimmee Bay Country Club, located within a mile of each other, just 10 minutes from Orlando International Airport and 20 minutes from Disney World, offer that type of value in many different ways, beginning with their 4-Star (Golf Digest Places to Play) layouts that pride themselves on doing the little things great (not many courses walk-mow their greens anymore, but these two do) and the big things even greater. And the synergy of two locally-owned venues so close together, yet each with its unique “value” is something you’ll value the next time you play there.

For those who would like the feeling of “belonging” to a club, Kissimmee Bay Country Club is semi-private. But again, its members get the added value of a dual membership to Remington, giving them, literally, two courses for the price of one, with the clubhouses located within a mile of each other. A friendly club atmosphere pervades at Kissimmee Bay with a “game” to be had at almost anytime and great programs for beginners, juniors and women. The Babes in Pink Socks group of more than a 100 beginning women has transitioned dozens into regular three and four day-a-week players! And how many clubs have their own golf museum? The history of golf, from Florida and around the country, is on display at the Langley Golf Museum, an eclectic collection of more than a thousand pieces of golf memorabilia ranging from antique clubs and balls to historic photos and colorful postcards from courses around the world.

You’ll find the courses similar in their passionate commitment to conditioning, whether the aforementioned walk-mowing of the greens or wall-to-wall overseeding in the winter to keep the fairways and roughs green and lush year-round. The second green at Kissimmee Bay was recently renovated, and now in its third spring back under the old local ownership group, you can see the major overall fit-and-finish to the conditioning at Kissimmee Bay.
