Orange County National - Panther Lake
Orange County National, located just outside of Orlando, FL has 45 fabulous holes. Pure golf, the way it was meant to be played, in peace and tranquility with nothing to distract your game except the rugged natural beauty of your surroundings.
Panther Lake is everything you could want in a golf course. This multi-time host of the PGA Tour Q-School Finals was the first course to open at Orange County National and really features 18 signature holes. Playing over rolling meadows, through native pines, around and over wetlands and lakes, and up and down elevation changes of up to 60 feet. It is first and foremost a visual delight, reminding you that natural beauty is one of the main reasons you play golf and a major factor in deciding which course to play. In addition to its natural beauty, Panther Lake offers numerous strategic options in its design, thus allowing all levels of player to be fairly challenged.
The variety in design is evident in the way no two holes play alike. There are no boring holes at Panther Lake, and each is as distinct and memorable as the last. The only quality the holes have in common is that each shot demands good thinking and precise execution. Orange County National is a must stop for any golf vacation traveler. Rated 4.5 stars by Golf Digest and listed as one of the 'Top 10 You Can Play" in the U.S by Golf Magazine.
