PGA National Resort - The Champion

Originally designed by Tom Fazio in 1981 and redesigned by Jack Nicklaus in 1990, the Champion course has five sets of tees to adapt to players of all abilities. Don't be fooled by spacious greens and a charitable landing area, the Champion course requires exceptional course management. The, 11th, 15th, 16th, and 17th holes have been designated "The Bear Trip" by Jack Nicklaus and are considered among the most difficult holes on the Champions Tour.
