Callaway Gardens - Lake View Course
The 18 hole Lake View Course is the original course at Callway Gardens. Although designed by J.B. McGovern and Dick Wilson, Cason Callaway himself provided inspiration for the Lake View Course's layout. Mr. Callaway was inspired by natural beauty and landscaping, thus explaining the presence of azaleas, dogwoods, and seasonal flowers around the course. Undergoing a recent renovation, Lake View now features TifEagle greens, new cart paths, and improved landscaping. The signature hole on the course is number 10, featuring an island tee and serpentine bridge over Mountain Creek Lake to the green.
