The selection of courses in Tunica is top notch, with courses like: Cottonwoods, River Bend Links, Tunica National Golf & Tennis, and Wedgewood Golfers Club, guaranteeing a fresh, healthy rotation of courses for any length of stay. Stay in the Grand Casino or Harrah’s and try to settle up any wagers from the morning’s round at a poker table or roulette wheel. Tunica is soaked with history. There are plenty Places of Interest that you need to visit if your schedule will allow it. Time passes quickly in Tunica, a week my not be long enough.
1) The Tunica National Golf & Tennis is a must play...it's really a must play and replay.
2) 20 minutes from Memphis and that's just by steamboat.
3) Gambling is only allowed in casinos...but a friendly wager on a golf course never hurt anyone.
4) Rivers mean fishing, and fishing means, well, yet another reason to visit.
5) Warm weather? Absolutely.
